The ultimate day of ‘Me Time’…
Start your day with Pilates with Beth Howes Pilates, followed by a smoothie bowl.
Watch a cookery demonstration with Healthaspire for healthy recipe inspiration and take part in a Zumba class before a nutritious buffet lunch.
After lunch we will head off on a coastal walk and find a scenic spot for a juice and a healthy sweet treat.
Head home with a goody bag to make your day last that little bit longer.
